The condominium project known as Ryann Ridge was established in May of 2005 by Halland Homes, LLC. Construction began in 2006 and the last lot was built in 2011. The subdivision consists of 54 condominum units. Schools nearby consist of Collins Elementary, Northern Hills Middle, and Northern High.
